  • • As a Business Development Representative at Ivanti, you will serve as a critical growth engine by identifying and engaging potential customers through strategic outreach, directly contributing to pipeline generation and revenue acceleration for Ivanti’s IT and security solutions. Your role is pivotal in bridging marketing efforts with sales execution, ensuring that high-potential leads are nurtured and handed off effectively to Sales Specialists and Account Managers.
  • • You will manage high-volume outreach activities including cold calls, personalized emails, and social selling campaigns targeting new logo and named account prospects, leveraging data-driven insights to tailor messaging that resonates with each prospect’s stage in the buying journey.
  • • You will collaborate closely with assigned sales leaders and specialists to develop account-based strategies, aligning outreach efforts with broader sales objectives and ensuring consistent messaging across touchpoints for enterprise accounts.
  • • You will qualify leads using established frameworks (such as BANT or MEDDICC principles) and schedule high-value meetings for Sales Specialists and Account Managers, acting as the first trusted point of contact that sets the tone for successful customer relationships.
  • • You will master and optimize sales enablement tools including Salesforce for CRM management, Outreach for sequence automation and tracking, and 6th Sense for intent data and predictive analytics, using these platforms to document interactions, score leads, and accelerate the sales cycle.
  • • You will partner with marketing teams to co-create and execute targeted campaigns, applying creativity and persistence to convert cold prospects into qualified sales opportunities through multi-touch engagement strategies.
  • • You will join a globally distributed, collaborative team spanning 23+ countries, where open communication, customer obsession, and a commitment to excellence are embedded in the culture—empowering you to thrive whether working remotely or in hybrid settings.
  • • You will gain deep exposure to enterprise sales processes, IT security solutions, and advanced sales methodologies, building foundational skills that position you for rapid career progression into mid-market or enterprise sales roles within Ivanti’s high-performing sales organization.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, lead generation, social selling, or prospecting
  • • Strong business acumen with outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, organize priorities, and make sound decisions
  • • Desire to be a top sales performer, with ambition to grow into enterprise sales
  • • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and 6th Sense platforms
  • • Training in a major sales methodology such as SPIN, Challenger Selling, or MEDDICC (a plus)
