Full Job Description

đź“‹ Description

  • • As an Outbound Growth Manager at Lightspeed Commerce Inc., you will serve as the critical strategic link between Marketing and Sales, designing, building, and optimizing the outbound sales strategy to drive new business growth in key regions across Europe. This role is pivotal in shaping how Lightspeed acquires high-value B2B SaaS customers by aligning go-to-market execution with data-driven insights, ensuring sales teams are equipped with the right leads, processes, and tools to maximize conversion and pipeline velocity.
  • • You will lead regional outbound sales strategy by analyzing Total Addressable Market (TAM), partnering with Product Marketing to define Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) segments, and translating strategic GTM plans into scalable, executable sales processes. Your day-to-day will involve refining the full outbound sales lifecycle—from initial contact to opportunity creation—designing data-driven lead scoring systems, integrating AI-powered automation tools for personalization at scale, establishing closed-loop feedback with Sales on win/loss reasons, optimizing sales territories and lead assignments in CRM, and driving cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to ensure adoption of new processes and rules of engagement.
  • • You will join a high-impact, globally distributed Growth team at Lightspeed, a dual-listed (NYSE: LSPD, TSX: LSPD) commerce platform powering over 100,000 merchants across retail, hospitality, and golf sectors in more than 100 countries. Founded in 2005 in Montreal’s LGBTQ+ village, Lightspeed is built on a foundation of inclusion, diversity, and innovation, with a culture that empowers employees to make meaningful impact while supporting career growth through global mobility, continuous learning, and a people-first mindset.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in modern B2B SaaS go-to-market strategy, AI-driven sales enablement, territory optimization, and revenue operations—gaining the ability to design and scale complex outbound engines that directly influence company revenue. You’ll sharpen your analytical, strategic, and stakeholder management skills while working alongside top-tier product, marketing, and sales leaders, positioning yourself for advancement into senior GTM, Revenue Operations, or Sales Leadership roles within a fast-growing, mission-driven organization.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in a high-impact, strategic role such as Outbound Sales Manager, Sales Strategy, or Revenue Operations with a lead generation or prospecting focus, preferably in a B2B SaaS setting.
  • • Proven ability to define strategy and translate complex GTM plans into scalable sales processes, with specific experience in territory management and sales organization design.
  • • Deep expertise in the architecture and use of CRM (e.g., Salesforce), Sales Engagement Platforms (e.g., Outreach/Salesloft), and list building software such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay.com, or D&B.
  • • Experience using AI in current or previous roles and/or a keen interest and passion for exploring the power of AI in Sales automation, prospecting, and data enrichment.
  • • Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to monitor performance metrics (e.g., pipeline velocity, conversion rates) and implement data-driven process improvements.

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Flexible paid time off and remote work policies that support work-life balance and autonomy in how and where you work.
  • • Equity options, giving you direct ownership in the company’s success and long-term value creation.
  • • Contributions to your pension plan, ensuring your future financial security is supported by the employer.
  • • Training opportunities to grow your skills and career, including access to learning platforms and professional development resources.
  • • Health and wellness credit to support physical and mental well-being through gym memberships, therapy, or wellness apps.
  • • Time off to volunteer and give back to your community, reflecting Lightspeed’s commitment to social impact and employee purpose.
  • • Regular team events and meetups in the amazing Ghent office, fostering connection, collaboration, and culture across hybrid teams.
