📋 Description

  • • As a Global Account Executive at Awin Group AG, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, driving the success of their affiliate marketing programs through strategic planning, proactive relationship management, and performance optimization. This role is critical to Awin’s mission of building the world’s leading open partner ecosystem, where your work directly impacts client revenue growth, affiliate network health, and the scalability of performance-based marketing solutions across global markets.
  • • Day to day, you will assume full ownership of client accounts, providing tailored training, guidance, and ongoing support aligned with each client’s service level agreements; independently produce account management documentation and deliver regular performance reports; proactively recruit new affiliates and manage affiliate migrations in collaboration with clients and publisher teams; leverage the Awin platform and third-party analytics tools (including Tableau, PowerBI, and SimilarWeb) to monitor program health, ensure network compliance, and identify optimization opportunities; communicate professionally with clients, publishers, vendors, and internal teams via email, phone, and face-to-face interactions; and act as a knowledge resource for junior team members while escalating complex issues to appropriate levels when necessary.

  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in affiliate marketing ecosystems, including commission models, tracking technologies, and publisher relationship management; gain hands-on experience with enterprise-level analytics platforms and client-facing reporting; strengthen your stakeholder management, negotiation, and project coordination skills; and build a proven track record in growing and optimizing high-value affiliate programs — positioning you for advancement into senior account management, team leadership, or strategic partner roles within Awin’s global network.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in account management, affiliate marketing, or digital marketing with a strong understanding of commission models, tracking solutions, and affiliate types (e.g., content, coupon, loyalty, influencers).
  • • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with demonstrated ability to create reports, presentations, and data-driven insights; willingness and aptitude to learn new platforms such as Tableau, PowerBI, or SimilarWeb.
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to clients, internal teams, and external partners across diverse cultural and professional contexts.
  • • Strong time management and organizational skills, capable of juggling multiple client accounts, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • • Self-motivated, proactive mindset with a can-do attitude, strong team orientation, and a willingness to take ownership of outcomes while supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge.
