📋 Description
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for Cars Commerce customers, driving customer success, retention, and account growth in the Raleigh, North Carolina territory.
- • Manage a defined geographic territory and conduct regular in‑person visits with customers and prospects to build strong relationships while identifying and pursuing upsell opportunities and new business acquisition.
- • Execute sales strategies, respond to client inquiries, and recommend appropriate Cars Commerce products and services, preparing reports and insights that clearly communicate value and support customer decision‑making.
- • Collaborate with internal selling and servicing teams to ensure customers receive maximum value from the Cars Commerce platform, demonstrating expertise in solutions, sales techniques, and retention best practices.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven ability to identify and close sales opportunities.
- • 2-5+ years of relevant sales experience.
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- • Demonstrated consistent quota attainment track record with a continuous desire to win.
- • Overall experience selling advertising or complex SaaS/software solutions to business leaders.
