📋 Description
- • Own the full sales cycle for Choco’s SaaS platform, from initial prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing deals with food distributors across France.
- • Conduct cold outreach, leverage referrals, attend industry events, and perform field visits to identify and engage decision-makers at family-owned distributors and large multi-million-euro distribution companies.
- • Build relationships with stakeholders ranging from founders and family business owners to CEOs, translating technical capabilities of Choco’s AI-powered platform into measurable operational improvements in order accuracy, speed, and margins.
- • Demonstrate Choco’s software solutions, which automate distributor order processes currently managed via phone calls and spreadsheets, highlighting real-world impact on efficiency and cost reduction.
- • Navigate complex commercial conversations by uncovering operational pain points and creating urgency around adopting digital tools to replace outdated workflows.
- • Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Solutions Engineers to win new distributor partnerships and drive expansion within existing accounts.
- • Contribute to refining sales processes by sharing frontline insights, testing new outreach strategies, and helping elevate the team’s overall performance and methodology.
- • Work directly with customers in a high-stakes, operationally complex environment where technology adoption directly affects daily business outcomes and supply chain reliability.
- • Engage with clients who vary widely in technology maturity, requiring adaptability, commercial judgment, and deep curiosity about their unique operational challenges.
- • Represent Choco as a key driver in digitalizing the food distribution industry — a sector still largely reliant on manual, analog systems — and help scale a proven product with established product-market fit.
- • Operate within a global team of 40+ nationalities across six countries, contributing to a company that has raised over $300M and achieved a $1.2B valuation with ambitions to define the category end-to-end.
- • Take ownership of commercial outcomes, not just activity metrics, ensuring every interaction drives measurable progress toward closing deals and expanding customer relationships.

🎯 Requirements
- • Fluency in French and English (C1+)
- • 2+ years of experience in software sales, including exposure to both SDR and Account Executive responsibilities with complex, long sales cycles
- • Proven track record of owning commercial outcomes rather than just activities
- • Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to adapt approach across diverse customer types and stakeholders
