- • Own the full B2B sales cycle for WeTravel in France and Belgium, from initial prospecting and cold outreach to closing deals and seamless handoff to onboarding.
- • Prospect and connect directly with tour operators and small-to-mid-sized travel businesses in France and the Benelux region using email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- • Conduct engaging product demos that clearly articulate how WeTravel’s platform solves specific business challenges for tour operators.
- • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate deal tracking and timely follow-ups.
- • Source and qualify new leads independently, supplementing provided lead lists with proactive market research and outreach.
- • Gather and relay critical market feedback on customer needs, pain points, and competitive dynamics to product and marketing teams.
- • Collaborate with a high-performing, international sales team that values autonomy, collaboration, and shared wins.
- • Operate with full ownership of territory development, adapting strategies based on real-time market responses and results.
- • Maintain consistent communication with prospects and clients, providing guidance and support throughout their decision-making process.
- • Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets through disciplined execution of sales processes and relentless follow-up.
- • Participate in weekly team meetings, share best practices, and contribute to refining sales playbooks and outreach templates.
- • Work remotely with a minimum requirement of 4 days per week in the Amsterdam office located at Rokin, with one designated work-from-home day.
- • Take advantage of the company’s flexible remote work policy, allowing up to 4 weeks of remote work per calendar year.
- • Engage in a structured 2-week cross-functional onboarding program to learn product, sales processes, and team culture.
- • Attend Monday and Thursday office lunches and after-work social events to build relationships and foster team cohesion.
- • Represent WeTravel as a trusted advisor to clients, focusing on long-term partnerships rather than transactional sales.
- • Contribute to shaping the company’s expansion strategy in France by identifying market entry opportunities and competitive gaps.
- • Ensure all client interactions reflect WeTravel’s values of authenticity, professionalism, and customer-centricity.
- • Maintain a high standard of organization and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving sales environment.
- • Participate in company-wide initiatives including three paid volunteer days per year to support causes you care about.
🎯 Requirements
- • Native French speaker with full professional proficiency in English
- • Proven experience in B2B inside sales via phone and email, preferably targeting small to mid-sized businesses
- • Demonstrated ability to manage a full sales cycle independently
- • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot
- • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- • Comfort with cold outreach and initiating contact with new prospects
🏖️ Benefits
- • Base salary of €48,600 EUR with uncapped commission; Year 1 OTE of €95,000, Year 2 OTE of €130,000
- • Minimum 4 days per week in Amsterdam office (Rokin) with one designated work-from-home day
