Account Executive | French Territory (d/f/m)

📋 Description

• • As an Account Executive for the French Territory, you will be the face of Luminovo in France, building our presence from the ground up in a market ripe for digital transformation by helping OEMs and EMS providers quote and procure faster through a unified electronics supply chain platform.
• • You will own the full sales cycle: generating your pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting (20+ qualified opportunities per quarter), attending 3-4 key industry events annually, conducting consultative discovery using the SPICED framework, delivering ROI-focused product demos, running workshops to prove value, and closing deals to achieve new ARR targets while navigating procurement, legal, and technical evaluations.
• • You will join a remote-first, mission-driven team headquartered in Munich with global presence across cities including New York, Austin, Berlin, London, and Nairobi, working closely with VP Global Sales Clifton Lobo, Co-Founder Sebastian Schaal, RevOps, Customer Success, and Product & Marketing teams to shape the French go-to-market strategy.
• • You will develop deep expertise in the French EMS and electronics manufacturing market, master consultative selling methodologies, build a scalable sales playbook, and grow toward an Enterprise AE role through coaching, feedback, and ownership of both leading and lagging sales metrics.
