  • • As an Account Executive in Lexroom’s Barcelona Sales Hub, you will drive full-cycle sales for an innovative AI product transforming how legal professionals work, directly contributing to the company’s mission of becoming the most innovative AI company in Italy and setting a new B2B sales standard.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include becoming a product expert and evangelist, managing the entire sales funnel from prospecting and demos to closing deals, identifying customer pain points and use cases, and collaborating with the product team to provide market feedback that shapes future development.
  • • You’ll join a high-performing, purpose-driven team of tech and legal AI specialists in Barcelona, operating with autonomy and rigor to deliver visible results while shaping the future of legal technology through innovation and execution.
  • • This role offers the opportunity to grow into a front-line sales leader, take ownership of high-impact projects, and develop expertise in AI-driven legal tech sales within a fast-moving startup that values ambition, humility, and straight talk.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1-3 years of experience in a sales role
  • • Fluency in Italian and English; Spanish is a plus
  • • Proficiency with sales support tools such as HubSpot and Sales Navigator
  • • Willingness to relocate to or already be based in Barcelona for an on-site office role
  • • Humble, hungry mindset with a desire to take ownership, learn fast, and thrive in a rapidly growing startup
