- • As an Account Executive at Neural Concept, you will drive revenue growth by selling advanced AI-powered design and simulation solutions to leading engineering companies in Europe, combining technical expertise with sales leadership to expand market presence and strengthen customer relationships.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing long sales cycles (9-12 months), executing strategic sales plans, closing deals in the CHF 100,000 to CHF 1M+ range, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers across industries such as automotive, aerospace, and energy.
- • Neural Concept is a rapidly growing innovator at the intersection of data science, machine learning, and generative design, dedicated to transforming product development processes for industrial clients through cutting-edge technology that enables faster, more efficient, and sustainable engineering.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in technical enterprise sales, gain exposure to advanced AI and engineering technologies, refine your ability to sell complex solutions to technical buyers, and grow as a trusted advisor to engineering and data science teams while contributing to global innovation in industrial design.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5-10 years of experience in highly technical enterprise SaaS sales with 9-12 month sales cycles
- • Mandatory engineering background with exposure to CAD/CAE software or related engineering tools
- • Experience closing deals in the CHF 100,000 to CHF 1M+ range
- • Experience selling to data science/engineering teams, IT & cloud infrastructure teams
- • Fluency in English and German are mandatory
