  • • As an Account Executive for Germany at Eye Security, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s footprint in South Germany by driving new business acquisition and strengthening partner relationships in a high-growth cybersecurity scale-up that is redefining enterprise-grade protection for the European mid-market.
  • • You will own the full sales cycle from initial discovery through to closing, acting as the primary point of contact for partners including brokers and managed service providers (MSPs), while aligning closely with internal teams to ensure seamless deal progression and customer success.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include strategically developing and managing your sales pipeline, applying solution-selling methodologies to identify customer pain points around cyber risk, and articulating the unique value of Eye’s integrated cybersecurity and cyber insurance offerings.
  • • You will actively shape the go-to-market strategy for Germany by recognizing growth opportunities within your region and partner ecosystem, collaborating with Product and Marketing teams to refine messaging and positioning, and representing Eye at industry events to build brand visibility.
  • • You will serve as a critical liaison between customers, partners, and internal departments — including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success — to foster collaboration, align objectives, and deliver unified, high-impact results that support both revenue goals and customer outcomes.
  • • Eye Security is a rapidly growing European cybersecurity and embedded cyber insurance scale-up with over 180 employees, uniting experts from intelligence, military, tech, and consulting backgrounds to make advanced protection accessible to mid-market businesses across Europe.

  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in complex SaaS sales within the cybersecurity domain, refine your consultative selling and partner enablement skills, and gain exposure to cross-functional strategy in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience closing SaaS or software deals with strong customer-centric discovery and solution-selling skills.
  • • Experience selling complex IT infrastructure solutions or managed services where the value proposition centers on risk reduction, business continuity, and strategic impact rather than cost alone.
  • • Demonstrated ability in relationship and/or partner management, particularly with brokers, MSPs, or channel partners.
  • • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or similar frameworks.
  • • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, ownership-driven approach to achieving targets and overcoming challenges.
  • • Fluency in both English and German (spoken and written), with willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
