- • As an Account Executive (GTME - New Business) at Clay Labs Inc., you will own and close net-new business end-to-end, playing a pivotal role in helping organizations turn growth ideas into reality by leveraging Clay’s AI-powered go-to-market platform.
- • Day to day, you will prospect into target accounts, build pipeline alongside managing inbound leads, run tailored product evaluations and demos, lead consultative discovery sessions, build business cases to win budget and internal champions, collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer teams, and contribute to shaping the sales playbook and culture as the company scales.

- • In this role, you will develop deep pattern recognition in GTM motions across tech verticals, build relationships with revenue leaders at admired companies, refine a consultative, product-minded sales approach, and help redefine what great selling looks like in a post-AI world — all while growing alongside a team that values creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years in a closing role (AE, senior AE, or sales leader) with a track record of carrying and exceeding quota
- • Proven ability to build pipeline, not just manage it
- • Experience closing new-logo deals in the $50K-$100K range with multiple stakeholders in a consultative, solutions-oriented selling motion
- • High business IQ: ability to quickly understand a prospect’s GTM motion and identify where Clay creates value
- • Experience with a formal sales methodology (structured approach to running deals)
- • Strong communicator who can hold a room without dominating it
