- • As an Account Executive in Gartner’s GTS, LE division, you will drive client retention and growth by building trust-based relationships with C-Level Executives and their teams in large enterprise organizations, ensuring they realize maximum value from Gartner’s research and advisory services while identifying expansion opportunities through cross-sell and upsell.
- • You will manage a territory of Large Enterprise clients—either end-user organizations with $1B+ in annual revenue or tech vendors with $500M+ in annual revenue—owning quota responsibility and delivering against sales metrics through strategic account planning, forecasting, and pipeline development.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include driving value delivery with existing clients, identifying and closing growth opportunities through cross-sell and upsell, maintaining a high-quality sales pipeline, managing complex high-revenue sales in matrixed environments, owning monthly/quarterly/annual forecasting and account planning, and traveling as needed to engage clients.
- • You will collaborate with internal teams across Gartner’s global organization to deliver tailored insights and solutions, leveraging the company’s deep expertise in technology, business, and leadership to address clients’ mission-critical priorities.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5-8+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in complex, intangible sales environments
- • Proven experience selling to and/or influencing C-Level Executives
- • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- • Proven ability to own, manage, and forecast a complex sales process
- • Willingness to conduct travel as needed
- • Bachelor’s degree preferred
