- • The Account Executive - Healthcare role at SHI International Corp. is critical to driving revenue and profit growth by developing strategic sales approaches and cultivating relationships with healthcare-focused customers. This position directly contributes to SHI’s mission of helping organizations leverage technology to solve complex challenges, particularly within the healthcare IT sector.
- • Day to day, the Account Executive will master SHI’s value proposition, identify and create sales opportunities, cultivate relationships with existing and new healthcare customers through targeted outreach (including cold calling, meetings, and networking), collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and tailor solutions based on customer business objectives and IT priorities. The role also requires participation in industry events to build market awareness and continuous learning to stay current on healthcare IT trends, products, and market conditions.

Success in this position can lead to career advancement within SHI’s sales leadership structure and recognition as a trusted advisor in the healthcare technology space.
🎯 Requirements
- • Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required
- • Minimum of 5 years of successful IT sales experience, preferably with an OEM or VAR
- • Experience in selling into Healthcare IT organizations or hands-on background in Healthcare IT
- • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and developing long-term client relationships
- • Strong understanding of hospital systems, clinical workflows, and current healthcare industry drivers, challenges, and trends
- • Minimum 50% time outside of an office setting meeting with customers and ability to travel within territory and to SHI, partner, and customer events
