- • As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative at Kojo Technologies, you will be the first point of contact for commercial construction contractors, generating outbound pipeline by identifying high-value accounts and initiating meaningful conversations that uncover real business problems Kojo can solve.
- • Day to day, you will own outbound prospecting with an average of ~100 cold calls per day into enterprise commercial construction contractors (>$75M annual volume), map key contacts, engage with tailored messaging, book high-conviction discovery meetings for Account Executives, and use AI-powered GTM tools to refine outreach based on data and feedback.
- • Kojo Technologies is a fast-growing construction technology company founded in 2018, transforming how commercial builders purchase materials by making the process cheaper and easier, addressing a $10 trillion global industry that has seen little innovation in over 70 years.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in commercial construction markets, sharpen your outbound sales craft through experimentation and iteration, learn to leverage AI and automation as force multipliers, and grow into a trusted advisor who influences both pipeline and go-to-market strategy.
🎯 Requirements
- • Made 50+ cold calls per day in a prior SDR or BDR role with verifiable metrics (call recordings, connect rates, meeting conversion)
- • Built or refined outbound sequences that outperformed default templates and can explain why changes worked
- • Developed real discovery instincts — able to distinguish between questions that surface pain and those that just check boxes
- • Received feedback and implemented improvements quickly (within days), with measurable impact on performance
- • Ramped up on a complex product or unfamiliar industry faster than expected and became a credible, knowledgeable voice
- • Preference for prior experience in construction or specialty trades industry
