- ⢠Hudlâs culture emphasizes autonomy, innovation, and continuous learning. Youâll be trusted to manage your workflow, experiment with new strategies, and leverage company resources to grow both professionally and personally in a supportive, high-performing environment.
- ⢠Working from Hudlâs offices in Lincoln or Omaha, Nebraska (or remotely within commuting distance), youâll join a team recognized as one of Newsweekâs Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces, where inclusion, wellbeing, and employee empowerment are foundational to success.

- ⢠Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex product value clearly and persuasively over the phone and in virtual demonstrations.
- ⢠Strong analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting user engagement and adoption metrics to inform sales strategies and customer conversations.
- ⢠Highly proactive and organized, with proven ability to prioritize outreach, manage pipelines efficiently, and take initiative in advancing sales opportunities.
- ⢠Empathetic listener who can understand customer challenges and tailor solutions that align with their goals, budget constraints, and operational realities.
- ⢠Skillful delegator who knows when to handle tasks personally and when to involve internal specialists (e.g., product, support, or marketing) to best serve the customer.
đď¸ Benefits
- ⢠Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options, flexible vacation time, company-wide holidays, and meeting-free âtimeoutâ days to support work-life harmony.
- ⢠Comprehensive health coverage with multiple medical plan options, including vision, dental, fertility healthcare, and family-forming benefits, plus employer-matched 401(k) contributions up to 4%.
- ⢠Robust wellbeing support through Employee Assistance Programs, employee resource groups, and fitness partnerships like Peerfit to nurture mental and physical health.
- ⢠Access to cutting-edge technology and ergonomic workspacesâwhether in Hudlâs thoughtfully designed Lincoln or Omaha offices or remotelyâto ensure you have the tools needed to excel.
- ⢠Commitment to professional growth via learning resources, skill-building opportunities, and career development programs that encourage lifelong learning and internal mobility.
