📋 Description

  • Own the full sales cycle for inbound leads generated through Marketing and Partnerships channels, from initial lead response to closed-won deal and client ramp-up.
  • Qualify prospects by deeply understanding Airwallex’s product suite—including business accounts, cross-border payments, spend management, and embedded finance—and aligning solutions to specific customer pain points.
  • Manage high-volume daily inbound lead pipelines with structured follow-up cadences to maximize conversion velocity and revenue acceleration.
  • Ensure clients successfully complete onboarding, begin active transactions, and reach qualified transaction volumes before handoff to the account management team.
  • Maintain rigorous data hygiene and accurate record-keeping in Salesforce, using it as the single source of truth for pipeline management, forecasting, and lead prioritization.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Partnership teams to provide actionable feedback that improves top-of-funnel lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Work cross-functionally with account managers and operations teams to ensure seamless client experience and successful platform adoption.
  • Demonstrate strong operational discipline by optimizing workflows, adhering to sales processes, and consistently hitting daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
  • Communicate complex financial and payment solutions in clear, simple terms tailored to SMEs with varying levels of financial expertise.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to objections and dynamic client questions during sales conversations with speed and commercial acumen.
  • Drive outcomes beyond quick wins—focus on long-term client activation and sustained platform usage to ensure revenue growth and customer success.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve sales efficiency through AI tools and automated workflows without compromising personalization or relationship building.
  • Maintain a bias for action: initiate next steps independently, anticipate client needs, and close deals with urgency while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Master new products, policies, and sales SOPs rapidly in a fast-paced, evolving environment with high expectations for performance and adaptability.
  • Deliver consistent results in a metrics-driven culture where success is measured by conversion rates, time-to-activation, and volume ramp-up speed.
  • Represent Airwallex with professionalism and integrity, aligning all client interactions with company operating principles and values.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience with proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to close deals and manage full-cycle sales processes from lead to revenue generation
  • Experience using Salesforce for pipeline management, forecasting, and data hygiene; Outreach experience highly preferred
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to simplify complex financial concepts for SME clients
  • Bias for action, high energy, and self-driven approach to achieving outcomes without constant supervision
