- • Own the entire inbound sales motion for the Middle East market, turning a high-velocity stream of marketing-qualified leads into closed-won revenue for Freshworks’ SaaS portfolio.
- • Respond to inbound inquiries within minutes, not hours, using phone, email, LinkedIn, and video to start consultative conversations that uncover pain, quantify impact, and map stakeholders.
- • Run rigorous discovery: ask layered questions to expose technical, financial, and political buying criteria; translate findings into crisp business cases that resonate with IT, Operations, and Finance leaders across the Gulf, Levant, and North Africa.
- • Deliver world-class virtual demos that showcase Freshworks’ unified CX and ITSM platform, tailoring every story to the prospect’s industry, maturity, and KPIs while handling live objections with confidence.
- • Build and manage a rolling 3x pipeline in Salesforce; log every touch, update stage probabilities weekly, and forecast within 5 % accuracy so leadership can plan cash, hiring, and marketing spend.
- • Negotiate commercial terms—seat counts, contract length, onboarding packages—while protecting ACV and net-revenue retention; draft red-lined MSAs and SOWs and shepherd them through legal and procurement.
- • Identify expansion paths during the first 90 days post-signature: additional products, geos, or departments; hand off a warm expansion plan to Customer Success so ARR compounds quarter over quarter.
- • Feed real-time market intelligence back to Product Marketing: competitive win/loss data, feature gaps, pricing pressure, and regional compliance requirements (e.g., Saudi CITC, UAE NESA) that influence roadmap.
- • Partner with SDRs to refine lead-scoring models and with Demand Gen to A/B test Arabic-language nurture sequences, webinar topics, and LinkedIn ad copy that lift MQL→SQL conversion rates.
- • Mentor new AEs on MEDDPICC, MEDDICC, or Challenger methodologies; share call recordings, objection-handling playbooks, and Arabic/English talk tracks that shorten ramp time from 90 to 60 days.
- • Travel up to 15 % to Dubai, Riyadh, or Cairo for on-site discovery workshops and customer QBRs, ensuring executive alignment and accelerating complex deals stuck in legal review.
- • Champion customer advocacy: secure G2, Gartner Peer Insights, and localized case-study quotes that fuel the next wave of inbound demand across the region.
- • Stay fluent in regional SaaS trends—Saudi Vision 2030 digital-transformation mandates, UAE’s cloud-first policies, and Egypt’s fintech boom—so every conversation feels hyper-relevant.
- • Hit or exceed quarterly quotas of $300k+ ARR while maintaining a win rate above 25 % and average deal cycle under 45 days.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4 years of full-cycle inbound SaaS sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding $250k+ ARR quotas.
- • Native or professional fluency in English and Arabic; able to conduct discovery, negotiation, and product demos in both languages.
- • Demonstrated mastery of MEDDPICC or similar qualification framework and comfort running deals in Salesforce or HubSpot.
- • Experience selling to IT, Customer Support, or Operations teams in the Middle East; familiarity with regional compliance and procurement cycles is a strong plus.
