- • The Account Executive for NumberCruncher/OrderTime is responsible for driving new business revenue and expanding existing customer relationships by positioning OrderTime as the operational hub for SMB customers. This role is critical to Fullsteam’s mission of helping small and medium-sized businesses flourish through seamless software and payment solutions.
- • Day to day, the Account Executive will generate new business through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up, manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close, conduct discovery calls to uncover pain and qualify opportunities, run product demos, guide prospects through trials, drive AO → OT migration opportunities, maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce, meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets, adhere to daily activity standards (calls, emails, talk time), record all customer interactions and demos, collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, support), and continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.

The NumberCruncher/OrderTime business unit is a core component of the SMB ERP vertical, providing cloud-based order management, inventory, and operational workflow solutions that integrate with platforms like QuickBooks Online and Shopify to centralize operations and eliminate manual processes.
- • In this role, the Account Executive will develop deep expertise in SaaS sales within the inventory and warehouse management space, master the full sales cycle in a high-velocity environment, refine discovery and qualification techniques using methodologies like Sandler, gain advanced CRM proficiency (Salesforce), and contribute directly to recurring revenue growth while building a scalable career in enterprise SaaS sales.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS preferred + WMS / Inventory Management experience)
- • Experience managing full sales cycle deals
- • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
- • Strong discovery and qualification skills (Sandler methodology preferred)
- • Ability to manage a high-volume sales pipeline
