- • Play a part in the creation of a new role by building the playbook and automating manual processes to support sales teams.
- • Report directly to the CEO as the first hire on a brand-new team at RenoFi, with no middle management layer.
- • Support top salespeople by identifying untapped opportunities in their customer base and executing outreach campaigns, such as segmenting past customers, drafting personalized reactivation emails, and connecting via LinkedIn.
- • Develop and implement automation strategies using AI tools, workflows, and templates to scale outreach efficiency across the sales organization.
- • Collaborate with the CEO and product team to define and build the next iteration of the role, transitioning from manual execution to scalable systems.
- • Help create a repeatable, high-impact function that can be scaled across the entire sales organization within 18 months.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven ability to execute end-to-end sales support tasks, including customer segmentation, personalized outreach, and relationship building via email and LinkedIn.
- • Experience identifying inefficiencies in manual processes and designing automation solutions using AI tools, templates, or workflows.
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with salespeople and extract actionable insights from their workflows.
- • Self-starter mindset with comfort operating in ambiguous, early-stage environments and building processes from scratch.
- • Analytical thinking to measure outreach effectiveness and iterate on strategies to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
