- • As a Regional Partner Manager at RingCentral, you will serve as a strategic orchestrator of growth, driving the success of the reseller partner channel by empowering partners to lead with an AI-first mindset and positioning RingCentral’s market-leading UCaaS and AI-driven Contact Center solutions.
- • Day to day, you will build and maintain C-suite level relationships with reseller partners, educate them on the value of RingCentral’s AI product suite, develop joint business plans aligned with revenue targets, co-sell with partners to penetrate Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts, drive adoption of the Partner Portal and sales tools, deliver agile training programs on AI features and security compliance, facilitate workshops for value-based selling, manage QBRs using data-driven insights, provide forecasting via Salesforce, and act as the Voice of the Partner internally to refine channel-first strategy with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
