- • As a founding member of the Sales team in Israel, you will play a critical role in establishing CodeRabbit’s market presence by owning the full sales cycle for named mid-enterprise accounts, driving revenue growth through technical deal execution and strategic account expansion.
- • Day to day, you will prospect and qualify leads, run proof-of-value engagements, deliver high-impact demos to technical and business stakeholders, close six-figure deals, develop ROI-based business assessments, and partner with marketing, product, and customer success to refine go-to-market strategies.
- • CodeRabbit is an innovative R&D company building next-generation Gen AI-driven code reviewers that combine language models with human expertise to transform software development efficiency and quality, operating at the forefront of human-machine collaboration in software engineering.
- • In this role, you will deepen your technical sales expertise, master value-based selling in AI-driven developer tools, become a trusted advisor to engineering leaders, and grow your impact by expanding account footprint across teams while contributing to the evolution of a high-growth startup’s sales playbook.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of full-cycle quota-carrying experience, preferably in a technical SaaS company
- • Proven success generating outbound pipeline and closing six-figure deals
- • Experience selling to engineering leaders (CTOs, VPs Eng, DevOps, etc.)
- • Strong technical curiosity and ability to learn complex products quickly
- • Track record of multi-threaded deal management and value-based selling
- • Excellent communication, organization, and ownership mindset
