  • • The Account Executive IV role at WellSky Corporation is a senior sales position focused on driving revenue growth and achieving quota by identifying, nurturing, and closing high-value sales opportunities in the home health, hospice, and personal care SaaS markets. This role is critical to expanding WellSky’s market presence in the Southeast territory and directly contributes to the company’s mission of shaping the future of healthcare through innovative technology solutions.
  • • On a day-to-day basis, the Account Executive IV will identify, define, and qualify new sales opportunities by engaging large-sized prospects and clients, with a primary focus on securing strategic, high-value deals with both new and existing customers. They will strategize selling approaches and revenue growth plans in collaboration with business unit leadership to drive significant business impact, including assisting with strategic partnerships and sales channels when appropriate. The role requires proactive monitoring of market trends, industry changes, and competitor activities to anticipate opportunities and threats, enabling agile adjustments to selling strategies. The incumbent will lead complex client relationships and end-to-end sales processes—from initial contact to contract closure—managing deal status, strategy, budget cycles, personnel, and negotiations across multiple decision-makers and stakeholders. They will maintain accurate records of all account and prospect activities in Salesforce, generate regular reports on pipeline status, expected closures, and prospect lists for fiscal quarter planning, and consistently meet or exceed quarterly goals related to lead generation, pipeline management, and quota attainment as set by WellSky leadership.
  • • The Account Executive IV is part of WellSky’s Home team, a dedicated division focused on delivering specialized SaaS solutions to home health, hospice, and personal care providers. 🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • • At least 8-12 years of relevant work experience in sales or a related field
  • • Demonstrated healthcare industry experience, preferably in home health, hospice, or personal care sectors
