• • As Manager, SDR at Deel, you will lead a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives focused on generating qualified pipeline and supporting revenue growth across a defined segment or product in the Benelux region. This role is critical to scaling Deel’s global sales engine by ensuring consistent lead quality, optimizing outbound and inbound motions, and enabling smooth handoffs to commercial teams.
• • You will hire, onboard, and develop SDRs, set performance goals aligned to pipeline and conversion metrics, build scalable sales development playbooks, monitor team performance using data analytics, and partner with sales, marketing, and operations to align messaging and optimize funnel conversion. Daily activities include coaching through 1:1s, role plays, and call reviews, driving process improvements, motivating the team through recognition and incentives, and maintaining accurate reporting in CRM and engagement tools.
