  • • As a Mid Market Account Executive on Axon’s Justice team, you will manage and grow a defined territory of mid-size City, County, and State judicial customers, driving real change by selling Axon’s ecosystem of devices and cloud software that protect life.
  • • You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through close and contract execution—conduct product demonstrations, build relationships with operational and decision-making stakeholders, and collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure successful deployments and ongoing adoption.
  • • You will work remotely within the Central U.S. territory with a minimum of 50% travel, reporting to a Sales Director, and contribute to regional sales goals while managing your own expense budget and pipeline in Salesforce.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of successful, quota-carrying experience in customer-facing SaaS, cloud, or technology sales
  • • Experience managing a full book of business within a defined territory
  • • Proven ability to execute solution-based or consultative sales in moderately complex sales environments
  • • Strong presentation and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • • Working knowledge of SaaS, cloud-based solutions, and modern software platforms
  • • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems for pipeline management and forecasting
  • • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams
  • • Prior experience selling into state and local government or justice environments preferred
  • • Comfortable traveling up to 50%, including overnight travel, based on territory needs
