- • As an Account Executive at Speak AI Inc., you will play a critical role in driving sales and maximizing revenue by targeting, building, and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers to deliver innovative AI-powered language learning solutions across enterprise customers in Korea and beyond.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include creating territory plans, managing a pipeline of enterprise accounts from inbound and outbound activity, applying discovery and value-selling techniques, conducting account analysis, managing a tiered book of business, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (CSMs, SDRs, Marketing, Product) to drive deals and ensure customer success, with up to 20% travel for in-person executive engagement.
- • Speak AI is a fast-growing, globally distributed AI company headquartered in San Francisco with offices in Seoul, Tokyo, Taipei, and Ljubljana, backed by over $150M in venture funding from OpenAI, Accel, Founders Fund, and others, and recognized as the #1 language learning app in South Korea since 2019, serving learners across 15+ languages.
- • In this role, you will accelerate your career in AI sales as a founding B2B sales representative, develop expertise in enterprise SaaS sales motions, strengthen executive-level relationship management, and contribute directly to Speak’s mission of reinventing language learning through AI-powered tutoring that impacts millions of learners worldwide.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience closing new and upsell sales, over 5+ years, for an HR-focused software or SaaS business with a book of customers (>5000 FTEs), selling to executives
- • Consistent performance meeting pipeline generation targets for net new business
- • Demonstrated experience successfully managing complex sales cycles (3-12 months)
- • A sales methodology and process that creates value for customers
- • Exposure to today’s best AI Sales Tech stack tools
- • Successful experience in full funnel selling - outbound process, SDR alignment, trial management, business case development, proposal management, negotiation, upsell planning, etc.
