- • Account Executive at Labrynth, a mission-driven AI-native company transforming complex regulatory frameworks into machine-evaluable intelligence, where you will drive revenue growth in high-stakes, regulated markets such as nuclear licensing, labor compliance, and municipal permitting by selling sophisticated solutions to enterprise and government buyers.
- • You will own full-cycle sales execution from initial outreach to closed-won deals, managing $250K to $1M+ ACV opportunities across Labrynth’s verticals including energy, nuclear, infrastructure, construction tech, govtech, permitting, and compliance, while building repeatable sales playbooks and maintaining rigorous CRM discipline in HubSpot to ensure forecasting accuracy and pipeline velocity.
- • Join a small, high-performing sales team reporting to the Head of Sales, operating with high trust, low ego, and high velocity in a remote-first environment with required travel, where your contributions directly impact the company’s trajectory toward 5x ARR growth and global regulatory intelligence leadership.
- • Develop deep expertise in selling AI-powered regulatory intelligence solutions, master consultative and technical sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN), and grow your ability to translate complex compliance challenges into measurable ROI for sophisticated buyers, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in high-value enterprise and government sales.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of proven success closing complex enterprise deals in the $250K to $1M+ ACV range within regulated industries such as energy, nuclear, infrastructure, construction tech, govtech, permitting, or compliance.
- • Demonstrated experience using structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN) and strong technical selling skills to engage sophisticated buyers in high-stakes regulatory environments.
- • Proficiency with modern sales tools including Claude, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Slack, and ClickUp, with a track record of building pipeline from scratch and converting it into revenue.
