- • As an Account Executive for Local Payroll at Deel, you will drive revenue growth by selling Deel’s PaySpace (Local Payroll) SaaS solution to enterprise customers in the UK and globally, playing a key role in expanding Deel’s footprint in the HR and payroll technology market.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include owning your enterprise accounts, managing the full customer buying journey from prospecting to closure, building and nurturing a strong sales pipeline in collaboration with SDRs and the broader sales team, refining sales strategies based on market feedback, ensuring smooth handover of closed deals to delivery teams, and providing actionable insights to product, marketing, and sales teams for continuous improvement.
- • You will be part of a dynamic, high-growth UK sales team within Deel’s recently acquired PaySpace business, which serves 20,000 customers across 51 countries and combines cutting-edge cloud-native payroll and HR technology with Deel’s global infrastructure to deliver seamless, compliant workforce solutions.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise SaaS sales, UK labour legislation, and global payroll compliance, while accelerating your career by contributing to a company that processed $11.2 billion in worker payments in 2024 and is backed by a $17.3 billion valuation and $1B ARR.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on sales experience in a SaaS company selling to the enterprise (ENT) segment.
- • Proven track record of selling HR tech solutions within the UK and Ireland ENT segment (5,000+ employees).
- • Expertise in selling SaaS-based payroll and HR solutions for in-house use.
- • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest UK labour laws and legislation.
- • Strong hunter mentality with exceptional closing skills and a self-starter, go-getter attitude.
- • Commitment to delivering top-notch customer service and turning clients into lifelong advocates.
- • Comfortable conducting engaging product demos in a pre-sales context.
- • Ability to thrive in a global remote team environment.
- • Must be located in the UK.
