- • As an Account Executive (m/w/d) Bayern, you will drive Arctic Wolf’s growth in the Bavarian market by acquiring new customers and expanding the sales pipeline in a high-impact cybersecurity sales role.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include building relationships with prospects, managing end-to-end sales cycles, achieving quarterly and annual quotas, collaborating with Sales Engineers, Channel, Marketing, Customer Success, and SDR teams, maintaining accurate CRM forecasts, and representing Arctic Wolf at industry events to generate leads.

- • In this role, you will develop advanced enterprise sales skills, deepen your cybersecurity domain expertise, strengthen your ability to navigate complex sales cycles, and grow into a trusted advisor to C-level decision-makers while contributing directly to the company’s mission of protecting organizations from cyber threats.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–5+ years of experience in direct sales on the vendor side (Tech), preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or infrastructure, with proven focus on new business
- • Proven track record in building and closing sales pipeline, with clear focus on new customer acquisition
- • Experience managing complex sales cycles in the mid-market environment
- • Confident and professional engagement with decision-makers, accompanied by strong communication skills
- • Proficiency with CRM systems and modern sales tools
- • Foundational technical understanding to effectively position cybersecurity solutions
