  • • Lead AirGarage’s next chapter of growth by managing and scaling a high-performing Account Executive team that is redefining how commercial real estate owners monetize parking assets. You will start by coaching five quota-carrying reps and will hire, train, and mentor additional AEs as we expand across North America.
  • • Own the full sales cycle playbook—from first cold call to signed contract—while refining every stage of the process. You will analyze call recordings, email sequences, demo frameworks, and pricing proposals to identify what converts fastest, then institutionalize those best practices into a repeatable, trainable methodology.
  • • Partner directly with Sales Leadership and cross-functional leaders in Marketing, Product, and Operations to translate customer feedback into sharper positioning, clearer collateral, and roadmap priorities. Your insights will influence everything from feature prioritization to pricing strategy.
  • • Drive quarterly team quota attainment of multi-million-dollar ARR by instituting disciplined pipeline hygiene, weekly deal reviews, and data-driven coaching. You will forecast revenue with CFO-level accuracy and proactively surface risk before it threatens the number.
  • • Recruit exceptional talent in a tight market. You will own sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for every new AE, ensuring each hire ramps to full productivity within 90 days through a structured curriculum you design and iterate.
  • • Become the resident expert on parking economics, commercial real estate operations, and AirGarage’s proprietary technology stack. You will distill complex topics—dynamic pricing algorithms, license-plate recognition, enforcement workflows—into crisp value propositions that resonate with property owners, asset managers, and CFOs alike.
  • • Build and maintain a living library of sales assets: ROI calculators, competitive battle cards, objection-handling scripts, and vertical-specific case studies. These resources will empower reps to shorten sales cycles and increase win rates.
  • • Travel up to six weeks per year to support new market launches, company-wide offsites, and in-person onboarding sessions. Your presence on-site will accelerate trust with prospects and deepen team cohesion.
  • • Foster a culture of curiosity, accountability, and consultative selling. You will celebrate wins loudly, conduct blameless post-mortems on losses, and ensure every AE feels supported, challenged, and set up to exceed their personal best.
  • • Leverage Salesforce, Gong, Excel, and BI dashboards to surface actionable insights. You will design KPIs that track ramp time, pipeline velocity, win rate, and expansion revenue, then iterate processes to move each metric in the right direction.
