- • As an Account Executive Manager at Dandy Technology, Inc., you will lead and inspire a team of 8-10 high-performing Account Executives to consistently exceed their sales goals, playing a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and shaping the future of the company’s go-to-market strategy in the rapidly evolving dental technology industry.
- • You will be a hands-on coach and leader, conducting weekly 1:1s, live call reviews, pipeline reviews, and team meetings to develop reps’ skills, optimize performance, and maintain motivation, while also jumping on calls yourself to model best practices and manage escalations to ensure successful deal outcomes.
- • You will collaborate with senior leadership to set high performance standards, ensure the team has the resources and support needed to succeed, and operate with an ownership mentality by proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and outcomes for both the business and customers.
- • You will become an expert in Dandy’s product and sales processes to unblock team members, enabling them to focus on selling, while continuously educating yourself on the complexities of the dental industry to better support your team’s engagement with SMB customers in an antiquated market.
- • You will join a venture-backed, high-growth company transforming a $200B+ industry by building the operating system for dental offices worldwide, working within a high-performance, mission-driven team that values innovation, inclusivity, and excellence in empowering clinicians and their teams through technology and support.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced sales leadership, coaching, and strategic planning skills, gain deep expertise in selling complex solutions to SMBs in a traditional industry, and position yourself for future growth as a commercial leader in a fast-moving, innovative startup environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience
- • 3+ years of sales management experience managing at least 5+ sales reps
- • Proven success in a high-velocity, high-volume sales environment
- • Comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment with low ego, comfort with ambiguity, and adaptability to change
- • Experience motivating teams to maintain robust outbound prospecting pipelines
- • Intellectual curiosity and commitment to continuously educating oneself on the dental industry to effectively engage SMB customers
- • Bonus: Experience selling to SMBs in antiquated industries, strong time management and organizational skills, proficiency with Salesforce and sales tech stack tools like Gong
