- • As the first Account Executive (Business Development Associate) based in Miami for iDeals Solutions Group Limited, you will play a pivotal role in driving the rapid expansion of the Ideals Virtual Data Room (VDR) line of business across the United States. This is a front-line, quota-carrying position where you will directly contribute to the company’s growth by acquiring new customers in high-stakes industries such as finance, banking, M&A, and corporate reporting. Your work will support Ideals’ mission to help organizations run critical processes with less stress, higher quality, and greater efficiency through secure document collaboration and board leadership tools.
- • You will proactively prospect and engage 30–40 new customers each month, managing a robust sales pipeline of 50+ opportunities while targeting C-suite and key decision-makers in the Miami metropolitan region and beyond. Your daily responsibilities include building and nurturing relationships with industry influencers, delivering compelling product presentations, structuring and negotiating deals, and consistently closing high-value opportunities. You will also actively contribute to the execution of regional sales and marketing strategies, participate in M&A Community events to enhance brand visibility, and collaborate closely with Customer Success and Inside Sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- • You will join a growing Field Sales team alongside colleagues in NYC, Chicago, Boston, Charlotte, and Washington D.C., operating within a bootstrapped SaaS company that has achieved 4x revenue growth and projects 5x more growth over the next five years. Ideals is a trusted global brand with over 2 million users from 300,000 companies, ranking in the Top-5% on RepVue for sales peer satisfaction and backed by 17+ years of experience in the VDR market, powering over 10% of global M&A activity.
- • In this role, you will accelerate your professional development by mastering enterprise sales cycles in the B2B SaaS space, refining your ability to engage executive stakeholders, and gaining deep exposure to high-velocity sales environments. You will receive structured support through Ideals Academy, personal development planning, and external learning investments, enabling you to grow into a top-performing sales professional while contributing meaningfully to one of the most customer-centric brands in secure business collaboration.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1.5 – 2 years of demonstrable success in direct sales or business development within B2B or professional services sectors
- • Proven experience in high-velocity sales environments with a track record of managing pipelines and closing high-value deals
- • Exceptional business communication skills, including the ability to structure persuasive pitches and navigate complex client discovery processes
- • Native-level proficiency in English and a university degree
