- • Own and grow the Mid-Atlantic territory as the de-facto CEO of your patch, carrying both new-logo and expansion revenue targets for Jitterbit’s full portfolio of integration, API management and low-code automation solutions.
- • Drive a disciplined, full-cycle sales motion—from cold outbound to signed contract—navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments that span CIO/CTO vision-setting, VP-level budget ownership and hands-on technical evaluation teams.
- • Generate predictable pipeline every quarter by blending high-volume outbound sequences (Salesloft cadences, targeted ABM plays, ZoomInfo intelligence) with warm inbound and partner-sourced leads, ensuring 3-4× coverage against quota at all times.
- • Orchestrate virtual deal teams that include Sales Development Reps, Solution Consultants, Channel Partners (SIs & ISVs), Customer Success Managers and executive sponsors, aligning each resource to the right moment in the buyer journey for maximum impact.
- • Translate complex technical requirements into crisp business value, positioning Jitterbit as the strategic automation backbone that accelerates digital transformation, reduces integration backlogs and unlocks new revenue streams for Fortune 1000 enterprises.
- • Run MEDDPICC-anchored deal reviews, maintain spotless Salesforce hygiene and deliver forecast accuracy within 5 %, enabling leadership to make informed investment and staffing decisions across the region.
- • Expand existing accounts by uncovering additional use cases, cross-selling complementary products and packaging professional services that ensure rapid time-to-value and long-term platform stickiness.
- • Evangelize Jitterbit at regional field events, user groups and partner summits, building thought-leadership presence that keeps the company top-of-mind for integration decision-makers.
- • Provide closed-loop feedback to Product Marketing on competitive displacement tactics, emerging buyer pain points and feature gaps that influence roadmap prioritization and campaign messaging.
- • Model a culture of continuous improvement by sharing best-practice call recordings, sequence templates and objection-handling tactics with peers across North America, raising the collective win rate of the entire sales organization.
