  • • As an Account Executive, Mid-Enterprise at CodeRabbit, you will be a founding member of the sales team in Singapore, responsible for driving revenue growth by owning the full sales cycle for named mid-enterprise accounts in a high-growth, innovative AI-driven software environment. Your role is critical to establishing CodeRabbit’s market presence and proving the value of its Gen AI-powered code review platform to technical decision-makers.
  • • You will prospect, qualify, and engage target accounts through strategic outbound efforts, conduct high-impact product demonstrations tailored to both technical and business stakeholders, run proof-of-value (PoV) exercises, and close complex six-figure deals while continuously expanding usage across multiple teams within customer organizations.
  • • You will develop deep product expertise to act as a trusted advisor, quantifying ROI and building business value assessments that resonate with engineering leaders such as CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and DevOps managers, while collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine go-to-market strategies and sales playbooks.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of full-cycle quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in a technical SaaS company
  • • Proven track record of generating outbound pipeline and closing six-figure deals
  • • Experience selling to engineering leaders (CTOs, VPs Eng, DevOps, etc.) and ability to communicate technical value to both technical and business audiences
