  • • As a founding member of CodeRabbit’s Mid-Enterprise Sales team in the UK, you will play a pivotal role in establishing the company’s presence in a high-potential market segment by owning named accounts and driving the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure, directly contributing to revenue growth and market expansion in a cutting-edge AI-powered developer tools company.
  • • You will own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying leads, running proof-of-value (PoV) engagements, and closing complex six-figure deals with mid-enterprise technical buyers, while simultaneously nurturing and expanding relationships post-sale to drive land-and-expand motion across multiple teams within customer organizations.
  • • Your day-to-day will involve driving outbound pipeline creation through targeted outreach to named accounts, delivering high-impact, tailored demos to both technical stakeholders (e.g., engineering leaders, DevOps, CTOs) and business decision-makers, and articulating CodeRabbit’s value proposition in terms of developer productivity, code quality, and ROI.
  • • You will develop business value assessments and quantify ROI with customers using data-driven insights, become a deep product expert on CodeRabbit’s Gen AI-powered code review platform and its ecosystem, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine sales playbooks, messaging, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy based on field feedback.
  • • You will operate in a founder-like capacity within a high-growth, innovative R&D company that is redefining human-machine collaboration in software development, where your technical curiosity and ability to learn complex AI-driven products quickly will be essential to serving as a trusted advisor to prospective clients.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of full-cycle quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in a technical SaaS or developer tools environment
  • • Proven track record of generating outbound pipeline and closing six-figure deals with technical buyers such as engineering leaders, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, or DevOps managers
  • • Strong technical curiosity and ability to quickly learn and articulate complex products, particularly in AI, developer tools, or open source technologies
