- • As a founding member of CodeRabbit’s Mid-Market Sales team in the UK, you will play a pivotal role in establishing the company’s presence in a high-growth technical market by owning the full sales cycle for named enterprise accounts, directly contributing to revenue generation and market expansion through strategic prospecting, deal closure, and account growth.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include prospecting and qualifying leads within assigned mid-enterprise accounts, driving outbound pipeline creation, conducting high-impact product demonstrations tailored to both technical and business stakeholders, managing proof-of-value (PoV) exercises, developing business value assessments and ROI models, closing complex six-figure deals, and continuously expanding usage across multiple teams within customer organizations through a land-and-expand strategy.
- • You will partner closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine go-to-market (GTM) playbooks, share field insights, and help shape product positioning and messaging based on real customer feedback and market dynamics.
- • CodeRabbit is an innovative R&D company building the next generation of Gen AI-driven code reviewers that combine language models with human expertise to dramatically improve software development efficiency and quality; joining at this stage means you’ll help define the sales motion for a cutting-edge product in a rapidly evolving AI-assisted development landscape.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in AI-powered developer tools, refine advanced technical sales techniques, master value-based selling frameworks, and gain experience scaling a SaaS business in a founder-led environment — positioning you for long-term growth in technical sales, sales leadership, or GTM strategy roles within high-impact technology companies.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of full-cycle quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in a technical SaaS environment
- • Proven track record of generating outbound pipeline and closing six-figure deals
- • Experience selling to technical leadership roles such as CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and DevOps leaders
