📋 Description
- • As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Intercom, you will be a key member of the team leading the growth of our new business, evangelizing our AI-powered customer service solutions and driving adoption across the Mid-Market segment.
- • You will manage the full sales cycle for Intercom’s Mid Market customers, from prospecting to close, using a consultative sales approach, creating tailored demonstrations, and providing accurate forecasts and revenue visibility.
- • You will join a rapidly expanding, values-driven company trusted by nearly 30,000 global businesses, where we believe in putting customers at the core of everything we do and fostering a culture of development, promotion from within, and ownership.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow your sales expertise, mentor teammates, represent the voice of the customer to Product and Marketing, and contribute to pioneering new best practices that level up the global Enterprise business.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years experience as an Account Executive
- • 3+ years of SaaS experience selling similar products
- • Strong sales instincts and a proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- • Ability to close net new business in a competitive landscape
- • Comfort operating and problem-solving in a fast-moving organization across inbound and outbound opportunities
