- • As an Account Executive for Midmarket - Customer at Trimble Inc., you will drive growth in the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Operations) segment by identifying expansion opportunities and delivering tailored software solutions to help customers build and maintain global infrastructure.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include spearheading growth in established accounts, orchestrating end-to-end sales cycles with product and engineering teams, building and managing a robust sales pipeline through territory research and strategic planning, cultivating relationships across multiple customer personas, and consistently achieving or exceeding annual sales targets while staying current on product innovation and industry trends.
- • Trimble is a global technology leader that connects the physical and digital worlds, enabling industries like construction, geospatial, and transportation through precise positioning, modeling, and data analytics. The AECO segment specifically delivers digital construction solutions that increase precision and productivity for building and infrastructure projects worldwide.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced enterprise sales skills, deepen your expertise in SaaS sales within the construction technology space, master complex stakeholder engagement across organizational levels, and contribute to meaningful, real-world impact by helping shape safer, more sustainable, and efficient ways of building and working.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of proven success selling SaaS solutions with a focus on strategy and negotiation
- • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding an annual quota of at least $1M
- • Advanced communication skills with the ability to present effectively to stakeholders at all organizational levels
- • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Google Suite for managing complex sales cycles and territory planning
- • Prior experience within the construction industry or selling SaaS specifically for construction stakeholders (preferred)
- • Expertise in navigating complex multi-level organizational structures within the AECO market (preferred)
