📋 Description
- • As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Intercom, you will drive new business growth by evangelizing the company’s AI-powered customer service solutions, particularly Fin and the Customer Service Suite, targeting mid-market clients across industries.
- • You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close using a consultative approach, create tailored product demonstrations, maintain accurate sales forecasts, and represent customer insights to cross-functional teams in Marketing and Product.
- • You will join a rapidly expanding, values-driven organization trusted by nearly 30,000 global businesses, where internal promotion, creativity, and ownership are encouraged, and you’ll contribute to pioneering new sales best practices.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced SaaS sales expertise, strengthen your consultative selling and forecasting abilities, and grow into a trusted advisor to clients while advancing your career through mentorship and team development opportunities.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive
- • 3+ years of SaaS experience selling similar products
- • Fluent German (Business Level)
- • Strong sales instincts with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- • Ability to close net new business in a competitive landscape
