- • As an Account Executive, MM at Deel, you will drive sales growth by acquiring and managing relationships with mid-market clients across Australia and New Zealand, playing a critical role in expanding Deel’s global payroll and HR platform.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include growing and owning a targeted account list, developing territory plans, managing the full customer buying journey, meeting or exceeding revenue targets, building a robust sales pipeline through outreach and collaboration, and maintaining accurate CRM data.
- • You’ll join a globally distributed team of 7,000+ across 100+ countries, contributing to a fast-paced, innovative culture at the forefront of the future of work, backed by Deel’s $17.3B valuation and $1B ARR.
- • This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in global SaaS sales, master complex solution selling, and grow into a leadership position within a transformative industry impacting millions of workers worldwide.
🎯 Requirements
- • Geographically based in Australia to cover the ANZ region
- • 3+ years of sales experience, with at least 1 year selling into the Mid-Market segment
- • Proven track record of developing greenfield territories, executing full sales cycles, and adding net new logos
- • Experience working in cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction
- • Desire to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and take on increasing responsibility
