  • • As an Account Executive at Deel, you will drive sales growth by acquiring new customers and managing relationships within the Greater China market, directly contributing to the company’s mission of unlocking global opportunity through its all-in-one payroll and HR platform.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing a designated list of prospective and existing accounts, identifying and developing new business opportunities, leading the full sales process from prospecting to closing, presenting tailored solutions, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, collaborating with internal teams, keeping CRM data updated, and meeting or exceeding monthly and yearly revenue targets.
  • • You will join a globally distributed team of over 7,000 employees across more than 100 countries, part of the fastest-growing SaaS company in history, backed by a $17.3 billion valuation and $1B in Annual Recurring Revenue, operating in a dynamic, innovative culture that values continuous learning and impact.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in global HR and payroll solutions, sharpen your consultative selling and negotiation skills, gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration across product, marketing, and customer success, and build a track record of revenue achievement that positions you as a leader in the future of work.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Relevant B2B sales experience with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing full sales cycles
  • • Ability to build strong client relationships and navigate multi-stakeholder environments
  • • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • • Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments
  • • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales processes, including pipeline and forecast management
  • • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger) is a strong plus
