📋 Description

• • As an Account Executive, MM (Mid Market) at EasyLlama, you will drive revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities in the mid-market segment, directly contributing to the company’s mission of transforming HR compliance training into engaging, mobile-first experiences that foster safer and more inclusive workplaces.
• • Day to day, you will manage inbound lead flow by multithreading contacts to qualify opportunities, develop and execute targeted outbound strategies using firmographic data and intent signals, conduct online demos, create tailored proposals, and oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to close while maintaining accurate pipeline forecasting and collaborating with Customer Success and Support teams for seamless onboarding.
