  • • Drive aggressive sales growth and market penetration of Ataraxis AI’s oncology products through direct, field-based sales to oncologists within a designated territory.
  • • Prospect and cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and engaging oncologists who treat breast cancer and other oncology patients.
  • • Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing oncology clients to ensure product adoption, retention, and expanded usage of Ataraxis™ Breast and future AI-native diagnostic platforms.
  • • Represent Ataraxis AI at medical conferences, academic institutions, and community clinics to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
  • • Clearly articulate the clinical and operational value of Ataraxis AI’s AI-driven treatment recommendation tools to physicians, emphasizing evidence-based outcomes and integration into existing workflows.
  • • Navigate complex healthcare procurement environments, including hospital systems, private practices, and multi-specialty oncology groups.
  • • Collaborate with clinical and product teams to provide frontline feedback on physician needs, pain points, and adoption barriers to inform product development.
  • • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas with consistent, measurable performance tracked against KPIs.
  • • Demonstrate deep understanding of oncology care pathways, particularly in breast cancer, to tailor sales conversations to clinical decision-making contexts.
  • • Operate autonomously in a high-growth startup environment with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks to maximize revenue impact and market expansion.
  • • Thrive in a competitive, fast-paced setting characterized by urgency, resilience, and a relentless focus on closing deals.
  • • Leverage knowledge of AI in healthcare to educate physicians on how multi-modal AI improves treatment selection accuracy and patient outcomes.
  • • Travel extensively within assigned territory to conduct in-person visits with oncologists, clinics, and healthcare partners.
  • • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress.
  • • Align sales strategies with Ataraxis AI’s mission to impact at least 50% of new cancer cases by 2030 through precision medicine adoption.
  • • Work directly with a flat, high-performing team of AI researchers, medical advisors, and industry veterans to deliver a mission-driven product.
  • • Adhere to all compliance standards in healthcare sales, including HIPAA, FDA guidance, and anti-kickback statutes.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum 2 years of demonstrated high-performance sales experience
  • • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas with awards or recognition (e.g., President’s Club, Rookie of the Year)
  • • Sales experience in oncology, especially breast cancer
  • • Passionate about AI and innovation in healthcare with ability to communicate AI-based diagnostic solutions
  • • Autonomous and capable of excelling independently in a hyper-growth startup environment
  • • Ability to thrive in a highly competitive environment with resilience, urgency, and focus on closing deals
