📋 Description

• • The Account Executive, PBA Services at Capital Rx, Inc. is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing client relationships, driving retention and growth, and ensuring satisfaction for Health Plans, Third Party Administrators (TPAs), and other platform services clients in the Pharmacy Benefit Administration (PBA) market segment.
• • Day to day, the person will oversee the Account Management team, lead strategic business planning, manage contract renewals and financial performance, serve as the primary client relationship lead, analyze industry trends and competitor activity, collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions, and ensure regulatory compliance—particularly with Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) requirements—while acting as the client advocate across Capital Rx departments.
• • Capital Rx is a public benefit corporation delivering full-service pharmacy benefit management (PBM) solutions, and Judi Health provides enterprise health technology through its proprietary Enterprise Health Platform (EHP), which consolidates claim administration workflows. Together, they are rebuilding trust in U.S. healthcare by deploying scalable, secure infrastructure for employers, health plans, and TPAs.
