📋 Description

• • As an Account Executive at The Knot Worldwide, you will drive revenue by engaging wedding professionals nationwide, building consultative relationships, and helping small businesses thrive through advertising solutions on The Knot and WeddingWire platforms.
• • Day to day, you will make high-volume sales calls, manage a full sales pipeline from outreach to close, consistently meet monthly quotas, organize your workflow in Salesforce, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices and achieve collective goals.
• • The team is independent, highly motivated, and focused on creating meaningful partnerships; success requires a dedicated 40-hour workweek during standard business hours (9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST) to align with peak client activity.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in consultative selling, sales pipeline management, CRM operations, and performance-driven goal achievement, while growing your ability to negotiate, persist, and deliver value in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
