- • As an Account Executive on Juniper Square's Private Equity team, you will sell the full Juniper Square platform—combining industry-leading SaaS solutions and fund administration offerings—to institutional private equity firms, delivering a differentiated value proposition unmatched by competitors.
- • You will drive pipeline generation by targeting CFOs, COOs, and Heads of Investor Relations at PE firms using account-based strategies, building multi-quarter pipelines while maintaining near-term coverage and leveraging partners such as placement agents, auditors, and legal advisors for access and acceleration.
- • You will lead complex sales cycles by designing discovery processes, building business cases spanning technology and fund administration, managing procurement and legal steps, and coordinating internal stakeholders to advance deals through investment committee sign-off and operational due diligence.
- • You will consult credibly on complex PE workflows including waterfall calculations, carried interest, multi-tier fund structures, ILPA compliance, and institutional LP reporting, while demonstrating executive presence in front of Partners, CFOs, and COOs to navigate partnership politics and fund timing pressures.
- • Juniper Square is a values-driven organization digitizing private markets to bring efficiency, transparency, and access to commercial real estate, private equity, and venture capital assets, operating with a digital-first hybrid workplace model across 27 U.S. states, 2 Canadian provinces, India, Luxembourg, and England, with physical offices in San Francisco, New York City, Mumbai, and Bangalore.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in private equity fund administration and enterprise SaaS sales, refine your ability to lead long-cycle, multi-stakeholder deals, and grow as a trusted advisor to senior PE professionals while contributing to the digitization of one of the most productive corners of the financial ecosystem.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4-8 years of B2B full-cycle, quota-carrying sales experience with a consistent track record of quota attainment
- • Experience selling into upper mid-market or institutional accounts with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- • Demonstrated ability to navigate procurement, legal, and security processes
- • Experience selling SaaS, financial technology, or professional services—ideally both
- • Strong executive presence and ability to lead high-stakes conversations with senior PE professionals
- • Proven territory and account planning skills with multi-quarter pipeline management
