📋 Description

• • As an Account Executive, Property at SOCi, you will drive revenue growth by securing new multi-family/property management client accounts and maximizing opportunities within existing accounts, playing a critical role in expanding SOCi’s market presence in the property management vertical.
• • Day to day, you will leverage industry relationships to retain and grow revenue from your Book of Business, prospect net new logos (70% of time), manage client retention and growth (30% of time), meet or exceed quarterly revenue and pipeline goals (3X minimum), track performance using Clari and Salesforce, collaborate with SDR, CS, and support teams, and provide weekly forecasting updates to leadership.
