📋 Description
- • As an Account Executive, Property at SOCi, you will drive revenue growth by securing new multi-family/property management client accounts and expanding opportunities within existing accounts, directly contributing to the company’s mission of transforming marketing into intelligent, scalable work for distributed brands.
- • Day to day, you will leverage industry relationships to retain and grow revenue from your Book of Business, prospect for new logos (70% of time), manage client retention and growth (30% of time), meet or exceed quarterly revenue and pipeline goals (3X minimum), track performance using Clari and Salesforce, collaborate with SDR, CS, and support teams, and provide weekly forecasting updates to senior leadership.
