- • As an Account Executive - Provider Sales at Alpaca Health, you will be responsible for growing the network of provider partners by working directly with BCBAs and ABA practice owners to help them launch and scale their clinics using Alpaca’s AI-powered software, payer contracting, and back-office infrastructure.
- • You will own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and discovery conversations to signed partnership agreements, educating prospective providers on technology, operations, billing, credentialing, and practice growth while building trust with clinicians making pivotal career decisions.
- • Alpaca Health enables clinicians to become entrepreneurs in autism care, shifting power in healthcare from large consolidated entities back to independent providers, and has raised over $14M in funding while serving hundreds of patients and growing 30% month-over-month.
- • In this role, you will become an expert in the ABA industry and private practice ownership, work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership to refine go-to-market strategies, and help shape the future of Alpaca’s provider acquisition strategy as the company scales.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1-4 years of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, customer success, or another relationship-driven role
- • Experience in a startup, healthcare, education, or SMB-focused environment is a plus
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills
- • Preference for experience in ABA
