- • As a Business Development Representative at Literati Inc., you will be at the heart of the company’s mission to bring exceptional book fairs to elementary schools, directly supporting literacy and fundraising efforts for students.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include executing strategic outbound calling campaigns, nurturing inbound leads via phone and email, delivering compelling presentations to schools and districts, developing territory plans, maintaining accurate CRM documentation, and working to achieve quarterly and annual book fair booking quotas.
- • You will join a mission-driven team at Literati Inc., a company dedicated to promoting reading and literacy in schools through engaging book fair experiences, with a culture that values inclusion, diversity, and storytelling.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in educational sales, territory management, and relationship-building with educators and administrators, while contributing to measurable impact in student literacy and school fundraising success.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 3+ years of account or territory management experience
- • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- • Successful outbound cold calling background
- • Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- • Experience working with educational institutions is preferred
- • Mac computer proficiency is advantageous
- • Reliable high-speed home internet connection required
