📋 Description

• A commercially driven partnerships specialist to lead and optimise Tillo’s indirect retail content supply across international markets outside North America.
• Managing and developing relationships with gift card aggregators, distributors and indirect content partners to access the right retail brand content in the right markets and at the right commercial terms.
• Tillo is a market leader in the UK and active in over 37 markets and 25 currencies, processing billions in gift card transactions through a single API, backed by Tenzing, with a culture of collaboration, trust, positivity, and continuous learning.
• The role offers the opportunity to expand country coverage, improve indirect margins, support buyer demand, unlock new commercial opportunities, and develop expertise in indirect retail content sourcing, commercial negotiations, and cross-functional partnership management within a growing fintech and rewards platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in the gift card industry
• Strong understanding of gift card aggregators, distributors and indirect supply routes
• Experience negotiating commercial terms, pricing and margin improvements
• Strong commercial judgement and understanding of margin drivers
• Experience managing external commercial partnerships
• Ability to identify content gaps, market opportunities and buyer demand
• Confident using data to prioritise opportunities and track performance
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple partners, markets and priorities
• Self-starter who can take ownership and drive outcomes independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
